Our directory provides you an effective means of introducing your
services to new residents while expanding your foot print in the
community. The U.S. Postal Service delivers our directories to all
residences in Fruit Cove, the Julington Creek area, Switzerland,
Sampson (CR 210), the World Golf Village and south to CR 214. With
a total circulation of over 30,000 the directory encompasses all of zip
codes 32259 and 32092 and South Mandarin as well as neighboring
communities of Palencia, Kesington, Nocatee, Walden Chase and
Bartram Springs.
In all, approximately 20,000 residences will receive the directory in
the mail. Additionally, we provide another 10,000 copies free of
charge at locations throughout the area during the year (see
attached map for the locations) for people who require additional
copies and anyone new to the area. These locations include the St.
Johns Public Library in Switzerland, the Fruit Cove Mailbox and
Walgreens in Fruit Cove and CR 210, Food Lion and Publix on
Racetrack Road, World Golf Village and Mandarin on St. Augustine,
CR 210, the UPS Store, Winn Dixie on CR 210, King Wok at the World
Golf Village. Approximately 200 directories are distributed from these
locations each week just to meet the growth needs of the
community. Additionally, many of the real estate agents and
developers use the directory in their relocation packages.
Because our directory is a community directory it’s a more
convenient directory for residents to refer to quickly and use on a
daily basis. Our advertising rates are a fraction of comparable Bell
rates and provide your business with a community focused
compliment to your advertising program.
